In a Mess near by

Once while having a lunch in a mess got a news that few guests are coming, they got there own chef they entered the mess and gave messwala few currency and ask them to let his mess for few hours, they created seven course menu on alfanumeric characters as

god knows what they mean by that but it was kinda good menu with separate dress code for each course,i was happy having those 7 days having shared chef spl menu.
