We plan our diet according to our body, there are many interesting about diet chart, i have also created diet chart when i was running 15 Km a day.it was like "Aaj Monady hain tu" have a simple diet with more intake of vegetables and fruits , then Tuesday is suppose to be lord "hanuman" days so walk tilll mandir have a prasad.like wise witnessed for bit more exercise and have relaxed diet. then goes lazy Thursday have heavy diet as its dull day relax with heavy douse of fruits ,then come hurry Friday go out of work early n joy evening and see the dawning sun have a meeting or two then came Saturday go out early to get vegetable com back relax till late have restful coffee and wait for Monday although Sunday
