1) The 2000 UEFA Champions League Final took place at Stade de France in Paris, France on May 24, 2000. Real Madrid Won against Valencia 3 - 0.

2)The 2001 UEFA Champions League Final took place at San Siro in Milan, Italy on May 23, 2001. German giants FC Bayern Munich Won against Spanish giants Valencia. 5-4 on penalties

3)The 2002 UEFA Champions League Final took place at Hampden Park in Glasgow, Scotland on May 15, 2002. German club Bayer Leverkusen against Real Madrid of Spain. Real Madrid won 2-1.

4)The 2003 UEFA Champions League Final took place at Old Trafford in Manchester, England on May 28, 2003. Italian clubs Juventus and A.C. Milan. Milan won 3-2 on penalties

5)The 2004 UEFA Champions League Final took place at the Arena AufSchalke in Gelsenkirchen, Germany on May 26, 2004. The match was between French club AS Monaco and Portuguese club FC Porto which FC porto won 3-0.

6)The 2005 UEFA Champions League Final took place at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey on May 25, 2005 between Liverpool F.C. and AC Milan the match was decided by a penalty shootout which Liverpool won 3-2

7)The 2006 UEFA Champions League Final took place at the Stade de France in Paris on 17 May 2006. Barcelona wore their traditional red and blue shirts, while Arsenal donned their yellow away kit. Arsenal made club history by reaching the final of the UEFA Champions League for the first time, but Barcelona won the match, 2-1.

The 2007 UEFA Champions League Final will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Athens on 23 May 2007 between Liverpool and AC Milan
